This series of products have the advantages of advanced design,reasonable structure,exquisite material use,excellent manufacture,wide type spectrum range,high efficiency and energy saving,stable and reliable running,convenient installation and maintenance,and so on.
The design of this series of products conforms to CJ/T235-2017"Vertical long shaft pump" of the Chinese urban construction industry standard,and has won more than ten kinds of national patens,the vibration intensity of the pump conforms to the regulations of Class B in the GB/T 29531-2013 vibration measurement and evaluation method of the pump,pump noise conforms to the regulations of Class C in GB/T 29529-2013 pump noise measurement and evaluation method.

Application
This series of products are used for conveying media such as fresh water,rain  water,oxidized iron sheet water,sewage and sea water with temperature not more than  90ºC. They are used in large thermal power stations and nuclear power stations as  circulating pumps,steel works,mines,ship ports and other industrial water,municipal water  supply and drainage projects,flood control and drainage projects and LNG receiving Stations.

Product features
High-efficiency energy saving:  the hydraulic model is designed by 3-D flow theory and calculated by CFD computational simulation,with the best performance in theory. Hydraulic components are made of metal mold,impeller blanks are cast precisely,and semi-finished products are machined by CNC;guide blade mould is machined by CNC,guide blade shell and suction cone blank are cast by resin sand,solid flow channel is completely in accordance with design drawings,with efficiency 3-5% higher than similar products, and wide high efficiency zone
High reliability: the design of the inlet flow channel is reasonable, the inlet water is uniform without vortex, with smooth running, the absolute concentricity o the pump shaft, and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the rotor parts ensure that the pump has low vibration and low noise when running at high speed
Low input:  compact structure,small area,small flooding depth and civil excavation depth can meet the requirements of water pump use, but also save civil investment.
Low maintenance:  reasonable structure,convenient assembly and disassembly, and simple maintenance

Structural feature
1.Thrust bearing unit
  SKF axial and radial double bearings,with good stress
Under conventional working condition,the heat radiation rib of the outer circle radiates heat,so that the external water receiving difficulty in the field is solved
Under special working conditions,increase the heat radiation of the coil to ensure that the unit runs for a long time
Equipped with on line vibration measurement and temperature measurement device to ensure safe running
2.Secondary hydraulic component
The upper type structure,the center of gravity close to the foundation,with better stiffness,which can reduces the vibration and improve the running stability of the unit
3.Intermediate bearing seat
Flanged type at both ends,with high strength,good stress and convenient installation
4.Guide bearing
The standard configuration is equipped with Canadian imported thordon guide bearing,with small friction coefficient,vibration absorption and dry starting capacity
Designed with enough lubricating flume,and good cooling lubrication effect
5.Outlet bending tube
The design of the multi rib structure increases the strength and the rigidity of the body
The bottom flange increases the thickening design and increased the inherent frequency of the pump unit
The flow channel adopts the integral pressing bend,with higher pressure bearing,and the flow channel is transited smoothly with better performance
6.Principal shaft
The thicker design,and those with shaft diameter more than 130 adopt forgings,with good rigidity and high critical speed
And the part matched with guide bearing and packing is provided with protective sleeve, with convenient maintenance
